About Me

I'm originally from Trophy Club, Texas — a small suburban city in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My journey in sport and mental performance began at Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta, where I earned my degree in Psychology while competing on the Division I Beach Volleyball team.
Like many athletes, I started out skeptical about the impact of mental performance. But through consistent work with sport psychologists alongside my team, my mindset completely changed. I saw firsthand how developing a strong mental game could elevate my performance — not just in competition, but in training, recovery, and confidence. That realization sparked my passion for the field of sport psychology.

I went on to earn my M.S. in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Kentucky, graduating in May 2025. During my time in the field, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes — including Division I and III collegiate athletes, youth athletes across various sports, and professionals competing at the highest level. Each experience has deepened my understanding of the unique mental challenges athletes face at different stages of their journey, and how to tailor support to help them perform at their best.
Now, I'm incredibly excited to combine my academic training with my personal experience as a high-level athlete to help others build the same mental skills that transformed my own game.
My Mission
At A+ Mental Performance Consulting, our mission is to help athletes define and refine what their A+ performance looks like — not just in terms of results, but through the mindset, habits, and intentional effort that lead to success. We believe excellence isn’t one-size-fits-all, and true performance growth comes from embracing the full process — the preparation, the challenges, and the personal victories along the way.
